All of our buildings have tar paper underneath the shingles to prevent any moisture sneaking in. This feature enhances the quality of your purchase. You will not find this anywhere else!

Kick Plates

Kick plates reduce the amount of damage and stress that your doorway takes over time. It also protects your floor edge from the elements, extending the life of your building.  

Spring Loaded Deadbolts

All of our buildings come with spring loaded deadbolts in the second door. This mechanism secures the door and ensures that the doors stay shut. They are also easy to use.
